    After sending two emails to customer service, I hope to be able to receive a response here: I received my order however, upon arrival I see that the item size was delivered incorrectly as I ordered a M but received Oversize which is entirely too large for the person this was purchased for. Please advise how I can rectify this as soon as possible.
